Interest for all cemetery purchases made on an <br />installment contract shall be charged at seven percent (7%) per <br />annum; however, senior citizens, age 60, shall not be required to <br />pay interest. <br />SECTION 3. Resolution No. R-125-88 and R-145-89 is hereby <br />repealed.
