R-41-92 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />FILE INDEX NUMBER DC -73-91 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, at their meeting of March 17, <br />1992, reviewed an appeal by Spectrum Carwashes (File Index Number <br />DC -73-91), for a Conditional Use Permit, Environmental and Design <br />Review of a full service car wash at the southeast corner of Mt. <br />Vernon Avenue and Centre Pointe Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the project in its <br />entirety; and <br />WHEREAS, State law requires the environmental assessment for <br />the project be addressed; and <br />WHEREAS, staff has processed the application through <br />environmental review and has concluded that the proposal will not <br />have a significant effect on the environment and that a negative <br />declaration should be prepared for the project. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Colton, hereby approves a negative declaration for File <br />Index Number DC -73-91 as determined by the environmental <br />assessment and in compliance with the California Environmental <br />Quality Act. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 7th day of April, 1992. <br />FRANK A.
