R-54-92 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO SET A PUBLIC <br />HEARING FOR PROTESTS RELATED TO THE ANNUAL LEVYING <br />OF ASSESSMENTS FOR THE LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is being proposed for <br />June 16, 1992 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the <br />City of Colton. <br />WHEREAS, a public notice shall be advertised in <br />the local newspaper for a period not less than twice, and <br />not less than 20 days prior to the hearing date. <br />WHEREAS, a copy of the engineer's report will <br />be made available for public inspection of the proposed <br />levied assessments in the office of the City Clerk 20 <br />days prior to the set hearing date. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City <br />Council of the City of Colton that June 16, 1992 is set <br />as the date for hearing any protests as related to the <br />annual assessments for the City of Colton's Landscape <br />Maintenance District. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 19th day <br />of May, 1992. <br />FRANK G ZALES <br />Ma or <br />ATTEST: <br />// <br />�� <br />V&l n1j l-%%) 7 <br />Bzi <br />HELEN A.
