R- 55-92 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON APPROVING AN EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, as the City Council of the City of Colton after great consideration <br />to enter into an Employment Agreement with Mark Lewis, its City Manager; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton has reviewed and considered the <br />of the Agreement and believes that such Agreement is in the best interests of the City of Colton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />approves said Agreement and so authorizes and directs its Mayor to sign said Agreement <br />behalf of the City of Colton. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of May, 1992. <br />Attest: <br />tea. w <br />Helen A.
