shall provide an adequate opportunity for Employee to discuss <br />said evaluation with the City Council/Agency. <br />B. At least thirty (30) days prior to the annual review set <br />forth above, Employee shall submit to the City Council for <br />its review a written report setting forth the status of the <br />City's Goals for the previous year, and shall also submit a <br />proposed set of City Goals for the following year. The City <br />Council shall then consider and adopt, in its sole <br />discretion, a final set of City Goals for the succeeding <br />year, and shall further attempt to establish a relative <br />priority among those various goals and objectives. <br />SECTION 6. DUES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS <br />City agrees to budget and to pay for the professional dues and <br />subscriptions of Employee necessary for his continuation and full <br />participation in national, regional, state and local associations <br />and organizations necessary and desirable for continued <br />professional participation, growth and advancement, and for the <br />good of the City. <br />SECTION 7. PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT <br />A. City hereby agrees to budget for and to pay for the travel <br />and subsistence expenses of Employee for professional and <br />official travel, meetings and occasions adequate to continue <br />the professional development of Employee and to adequately <br />pursue necessary official and other functions for City <br />5 <br />
