R-57-92 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON TO CONSIDER MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR <br />EMPLOYEES WORKING IN JOB CLASSIFICATIONS REPRESENTED <br />BY THE MANAGEMENT/CONFIDENTIAL UNIT OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 21, 1991 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration to <br />the results of meetings between representatives of the <br />Management/Confidential Employees' Unit held pursuant to <br />Government Code Section 3500, et. seq.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Memorandum of <br />Understanding, marked Appendix "A" - attached hereto is <br />incorporated into and made a part hereof and adopted hereby. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 19th day of May, 1992. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN RAMOS, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />ID10:RESOMCON <br />FRANKMayf <br />
