R-58-92 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />FILE INDEX NUMBER D-37-91 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, at their meeting of May 19, 1992, <br />reviewed revision to the Zoning Ordinance (File Index Number <br />D-37-91); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the changes in its <br />entirety; and <br />WHEREAS, State law requires the environmental assessment for <br />the project be addressed; and <br />WHEREAS, staff has processed the application through <br />environmental review and has concluded that the proposal will not <br />have a significant effect on the environment and that a negative <br />declaration should be prepared for the project. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Colton, hereby approves a negative declaration for File <br />Index Number D-37-91 as determined by the environmental assessment <br />and in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day of JULY, 1992 <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
