To the extent such covenants are applicable <br />to actions which may be taken by the City, the City agrees <br />to be bound by such covenants to the same extent as the <br />"Authority". <br />Section 5. All action heretofore taken by any <br />officer or officers of the City with respect to the <br />participation of the City in the Authority's proposed Bond <br />financing or in connection with or related to any of the <br />matters refereced herein, are hereby approved, confirmed <br />and ratified. <br />Section 6. The City Manager and his designees <br />are, and each of them acting alone is, hereby authorized <br />and directed to take such actions and to execute such <br />documents and certificates as may be necessary to <br />effectuate the purposes of this Resolution. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 19th day of <br />May, 1992. <br />(ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
