R-69 -92 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON DESIGNATING AND ADOPTING <br />A ROADWAY NETWORK FOR THE CONGESTION <br />MANAGEMENT PLAN <br />WHEREAS, Section 65089 et. se q of the Government <br />Code, State of California, requires that a Congestion <br />Management Plan (CMP) shall be developed, and adopted, <br />and annually updated for every County that includes an <br />urbanized area, and shall include every City and County; and <br />WHEREAS, the San Bernardino Associated Governments <br />(SANBAG) has been designated as the Congestion Management <br />Authority to develop a Regional Congestion Management Plan; <br />a <br />and <br />WHEREAS, as part of this said Plan, it is <br />necessary for the City of Colton to define and designate <br />which roads within the corporate boundaries are to be <br />included in the Network of Principal Arterials. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City <br />Council of the City of Colton defines and designates the <br />following arterials as those to be included in the roadway <br />network of the CMP: <br />1 All streets as shown on the San <br />Bernardino County Valley Region <br />draft CMP Road System dated 7-8-91 <br />within the City of Colton Boundaries. <br />2. Valley Blvd. within the City of <br />Colton Boundaries. <br />
