R-71-92 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON APPROVING THE ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR LEVY <br />OF ANNUAL ASSESSMENTS FOR FY92-93 FOR THE <br />CITY OF COLTON LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City Council, <br />California ("this City Council") on May 19, 1992 adopted <br />its Resolution No. R-54-92 initiating processings for the <br />City of Colton Landscape Maintenance District and has <br />ordered the Engineers of Work to prepare and file a report <br />in accordance with Sections 22622 and 22565, et. seq. of <br />the California Streets and Highway Code (the "Code"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Engineers of Work have filed <br />with the City Clerk their report (the "Engineer's Report') <br />containing the matters specified in Section 2256 et. seq., <br />of the Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Engineer's Report has been duly <br />presented by the City Clerk to the City Council for <br />consideration and has been fully considered by the City <br />Council and this City Council finds that each and every <br />part of the Engineer's Report is sufficient, and that <br />no portion of the report requires or should be modified <br />in any report. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City <br />Council of the City of Colton as follows: <br />SECTION 1. That the Engineer's estimate of <br />the itemized costs and expenses of said work and of the <br />incidental expenses in connection therewith, contained <br />
