The cost estimates made available to the public in the data required by <br />Government Code Section 66016 are reasonable cost estimates for the provision of such <br />City services. <br />G There is a reasonable relationship between the fees to be collected for the <br />provision of various City services as identified in the data made available to the public <br />as required by Government Code Section 66016. <br />D. The fees and fee increases set forth in Exhibit Ado not exceed the actual or <br />estimated cost of the provision of the public services to which they relate. <br />E. The fees and fee increases are necessary to enable the City to provide the <br />services to which they relate. <br />F.
