R-74-92 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON AUTHORIZING MARK LEWIS, CITY MANAGER, <br />TO SIGN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF COLTON AND <br />HAZELRIGG RISK MANAGEMENT SERVICES, INC., FOR <br />WORKERS' COMPENSATION CLAIMS ADMINISTRATION SERVICES <br />WHEREAS, City Staff has sent out a Request for Proposals <br />(RFP) for Workers' Compensation Claims Administration Services; <br />AND <br />WHEREAS, City Staff has carefully evaluated the RFP <br />responses including interviewing three finalists; AND <br />WHEREAS, City Staff has determined that Hazelrigg Risk <br />Management Services offers the most complete package of <br />services at the most competitive price; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of <br />the City of Colton authorizes the City Manager to execute the <br />attached agreement between the City of Colton and Hazelrigg <br />Risk Management Services, Inc. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of June, 1992. <br />ATTEST: <br />�� • 7ia7�zm-J_ <br />HELEN RAMOS, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />D10:RESOWC <br />
