R-76-92 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON TO CONSIDER MEMORANDUM OF <br />UNDERSTANDING FOR EMPLOYEES WORKING IN JOB <br />CLASSIFICATIONS REPRESENTED BY THE POLICE <br />RANK AND FILE UNIT OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 21, 1991 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration to <br />the results of meetings between representatives of the Police <br />Rank and File Unit held pursuant to Government Code Section <br />3500, et seq.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Memorandum of <br />Understanding, marked Appendix "A" - attached hereto is <br />incorporated into and made a part hereof and adopted hereby. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of July, 1992. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN RAMOS, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />D10:RESOPRF <br />F'RA*IGZALES <br />A . <br />AUG 6 1992 <br />
