That the number of votes given in the district <br />for and against the measure were as listed in Exhibit "A" attached. <br />that: <br />SECTION 4. The City Council does declare and determine <br />As a result of the Election, more than two-thirds of the <br />voters voting on the Proposition, did vote in favor of it <br />and that the measure was passed, and shall be deemed to <br />be in full legal effect. <br />SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall enter on the records of <br />the City Council of the City, a statement of the result of the <br />election showing: <br />1. The whole number of votes cast within the district in <br />the City; <br />2. The measure voted upon; <br />3. The number of votes given for and against the <br />measure. <br />
