That the measure voted upon at the General <br />Municipal Election is as follows: <br />Shall Ordinance No. 0-3-92, Adding Chapter 202 <br />To The Colton Municipal Code To Establish <br />Election Of Members Of The City Council By <br />Districts, be adopted? <br />SECTION 3. That the number of votes given at each precinct <br />and the number of votes given in the City for and against the <br />measure were as listed in EXHIBIT "A" attached. <br />that: <br />SECTION 4. The City Council does declare and determine <br />As a result of the Election, a majority of the voters <br />voting on Measure "W", relating to Ordinance No. 0-3-92, <br />did vote in favor of it and that the measure was carrried <br />and shall be deemed adopted and ratified. <br />SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall enter on the records of <br />the City Council of the City, a statement of the result of the <br />election showing: <br />1. <br />The <br />whole number of votes <br />cast in the City; <br />2. <br />The <br />measure voted upon; <br />3. <br />The <br />number of votes given <br />at each precinct for and <br />and <br />against the measure; <br />4. <br />The <br />number of votes given <br />in the City for and <br />against the measure. <br />SECTION 6.
