R-94-92 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND CONFIRMING REPORT OF <br />COLTON BUILDING OFFICIAL FILED PURSUANT TO <br />SECTION 1601 OF THE UNIFORM HOUSING CODE, <br />ORDINANCE NUMBER 0-15-91 OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />AND THE ASSESSMENTS OF CHARGES AGAINST REAL <br />PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton has incurred certain expense <br />in the demolition of the building or structure on the premises <br />hereinafter described; and <br />WHEREAS, a report specifying the work done, the itemized <br />and total cost of said work, the description of said real prc <br />ty upon which the building or structure was located and the r <br />and addresses of the person or persons entitled to notice pursu- <br />ant to Subsection (d) of Section 1101 of the Uniform Housing', <br />Code, Ordinance Number 0-15-91, has been submitted by the City <br />Clerk to the City Council for consideration; and <br />WHEREAS, said Council has heretofore fixed the time, dat <br />and place of hearing of said report, to wit, August 4, 1992, a <br />the hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m., in the Council Chambers, City <br />Hall, 650 North La Cadena Drive, Colton, California, legal <br />notices of which have been given; and <br />WHEREAS, no written protests or objections to the propos <br />charge, expense and cost have been filed with the City Clerk', <br />prior to the time set for said hearing; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council at the time and place of saidi, <br />hearing did duly hear and pass upon said report, together wit <br />objections and protests thereto, if any; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council at the time and place of saidl'i <br />1 <br />
