Paragraph 1, Page 1 is revised to read "This First Amended <br />Agreement, dated for convenience as of , 1992, is <br />made by and among the County of San Bernard o, City of <br />Colton, City of Highland, City of Loma Linda, City of <br />Redlands and City of San Bernardino (hereinafter sometimes <br />collectively referred to as the "Parties") and includes the <br />amendments approved by the Parties pursuant to Amendment No. <br />1 to the original Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement dated <br />May 12, 1992". <br />3.
