R-35-93 p THE cp, <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL �lsr <br />OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, <br />ORDERING THE ABANDONMENT OF WESTERLY 275 <br />FOOT PORTION OF ALLEY BONDED WESTERLY BY <br />NINTH STREET, EASTERLY BY TENTH STREET, BETWEEN <br />"G" STREET AND "H" STREET <br />BY IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Colton as follows: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Colton <br />having elected to proceed under the provisions of Section <br />8300 et seq. of the Streets and Highways Code of the State <br />of California, and having held a public hearing as provided <br />therein, hereby finds from all the evidences submitted that <br />the Westerly 275 foot portion of alley bounded westerly by <br />Ninth Street, easterly by Tenth Street between "G" Street and <br />"H" Street described as follows: <br />That particular east west 20 foot wide alley <br />situated in Block 96 Colton Addition, as Recorded <br />in Map Book 9 Page 37, Records of San Bernardino <br />County, State of California. <br />is unnecessary for present or prospective street purposes and <br />the public interest and convenience requires the closing of <br />said alley. <br />Section 2. Accordingly, the City Council of the City of <br />�.0 it via hcr---.b., ord,--rs The vacation of the herein before <br />described alley subject to reservation and exceptions. <br />The public convenience and necessity require the <br />reservations and exceptions of easements and rights of way <br />for structures enumerated in Section 8330 of the Streets and <br />
