R-35-93 p THE cp, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL �lsr OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE ABANDONMENT OF WESTERLY 275 FOOT PORTION OF ALLEY BONDED WESTERLY BY NINTH STREET, EASTERLY BY TENTH STREET, BETWEEN "G" STREET AND "H" STREET BY IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Colton as follows: Section 1. The City Council of the City of Colton having elected to proceed under the provisions of Section 8300 et seq. of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, and having held a public hearing as provided therein, hereby finds from all the evidences submitted that the Westerly 275 foot portion of alley bounded westerly by Ninth Street, easterly by Tenth Street between "G" Street and "H" Street described as follows: That particular east west 20 foot wide alley situated in Block 96 Colton Addition, as Recorded in Map Book 9 Page 37, Records of San Bernardino County, State of California. is unnecessary for present or prospective street purposes and the public interest and convenience requires the closing of said alley.
