1 <br />3I I RESOLUTION NO R-39-93 <br />F1 <br />5 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON AUTHORIZING AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE <br />6 POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF COLTON AND THE <br />7 STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT OF CALIFORNIA <br />HIGHWAY PATROL. <br />811 <br />9 WHEREAS, the State of California, Department of California Highway <br />10 Patrol requires written training agreements from any agency participating in their <br />11 training programs; and <br />12 WHEREAS, the Police Department of the City of Colton desires from time <br />to time to participate in certain training programs sponsored and administered by <br />13 the Department of California Highway Patrol. <br />14 <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />15 DOES HEREBY RESOLVE that the Chief of Police or Designee is hereby <br />16 authorized and directed to sign such training agreements. <br />1711 PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Colton <br />18 II this 1 st day of June, 1993. <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 FRANK A.
