Diagram and Assessment. That pursuant to <br />Sections 22640 and 22641 of the Code, the City Clerk shall <br />file a certified copy of the diagram and assessment with the <br />San Bernardino County Auditor -Controller not later than <br />August 10, 1993. <br />SECTION 7. Collection of Assessment. That it is the <br />intention of the City Council to collect annual assessments on <br />the San Bernardino County assessment roll commencing in Fiscal <br />Year 93-94 pursuant to the procedures set forth in Sections <br />22629 et. sea. of the Code. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 28th day of July, 1993. <br />ATTEST: <br />�l <br />HELEN A.
