Other accessory uses as determined by the Planning Commission to be <br />substantially compatible with permitted uses <br />Temporary uses shall be limited to reduce impacts on adjacent properties and uses <br />as defined in the City of Colton Zoning Ordinance, Title 18 of the Municipal Code. <br />Limitations may be imposed by the Development Services Director or his / her <br />designee include, but are not limited to: Number of consecutive days of use / event, <br />location, date and time, hours of operation, requirements for additional permits <br />or clearances, advertising displays, use of sound systems, parking and security <br />controls, provision of sanitary facilities, surety or cleaning deposits as deemed <br />appropriate to ensure proper clean-up of site after temporary use is completed. <br />Conditionally Permitted Uses <br />1. Amphitheater <br />2. Antique or Second Hand Stores <br />3. Car Wash <br />4. Conference Center <br />5. Drinking Establishments that serve alcoholic beverages <br />6. Equipment Rental (Indoor Only) <br />7. Electric Fence, subject to Development Regulations herein <br />8. Liquor Stores or Grocery Stores that sell alcohol <br />9. Lodge <br />10. New or Used Automobile Sales, Leasing and Rental <br />11. Night Clubs (Alcoholic beverages allowed) <br />12. Outdoor Storage <br />13. Outdoor Sales except nursery sales in association with retail store. <br />14. Parking Structures <br />15. Performing Arts Center <br />16. Restaurants and Cafes with Entertainment and / or Dancing (Alcoholic <br />beverages allowed) <br />17. Restaurant- Fast Food within 300' of the northwest corner of Pepper <br />Avenue and Valley Boulevard <br />18. Retail Nursery <br />19. Service and Gas Stations (Prohibited at northwest corner of Pepper Avenue <br />and Valley Boulevard) <br />
