Section 4 of the HUB City Centre Specific Plan, pertaining to Land Use <br />Development Regulations for Section 4.2.1 - R (Retail), Section 4.2.2 - RMU (Retail Mixed <br />Use), and Section 4.2.3 BP (Business Park) land uses, is hereby amended to add "Electric Fences" <br />subsection as fully set forth in attached Exhibit "A" herein and pages shall be renumbered within <br />Section 4 of the HUB City Centre Specific Plan. <br />SECTION 6. If any sentence, clause or phrase of this Ordinance is for any reason held <br />to be unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, such decisions shall not affect the validity of the <br />remaining provisions of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 7. The City Council hereby finds and determines that it can be seen with <br />certainty that there is no possibility that this Ordinance may have a significant adverse effect on <br />the environment. Thus, the adoption of this Ordinance is exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) <br />of the CEQA Guidelines. <br />SECTION 8. Certification/Publication. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of <br />the Ordinance and cause the same or a summary thereof to be published within fifteen (15) <br />days after adoption in a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in the City <br />of Colton. <br />/// <br />23152.06020\32617662.1 <br />-7- <br />
