R-55-93 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTONr DETERMINING AND AUTH- <br />ORIZING THE PAYMENT OF ASSESSMENT BY <br />INSTALLMENTS <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON: <br />Pursuant to the discretionary power vested in this <br />City Council, it is hereby determined that the assessments <br />against the following real property described on the County <br />of San Bernardino Assessment Rolls by Parcel Number as: <br />A. 162-291-15, also commonly known as 801 No. <br />Rancho, Colton, California, 92324, in the <br />amount of $2,663.32, Owner, Walter Storos; and <br />B. 161-221-03, commonly known as 1023-1037 Mt. <br />Vernon, Colton, California, 92324, in the <br />amount of $12,000.00, Owner, Lebanoff-McKnight, <br />Partners; and <br />C. 163-252-28, commonly known as 945 So. Fernando, <br />Colton, California, 92324, in the amount of <br />$2,270.00, Owner, Ms. Rosa Saldana; and <br />shall be payable in five equal annual installments com- <br />mencing with fiscal year 1993-94 together with interest at the <br />legal rate of seven percent (7%) per annum on the unpaid <br />balance as follows: <br />
