Each and every recital hereinabove set forth is found <br />to be true and correct and as such is hereby adopted. <br />2. The report of the Building Official, as submitted is <br />hereby confirmed. <br />3. The City Council does assess the following charges <br />against real properties described as: <br />A. Parcel Number 162-291-15, commonly known as 801 <br />No. Rancho, Colton, California, the sum of <br />$2,663.32; <br />B. Parcel Number 161-221-03, commonly known as 1023 <br />-1037 Mt. Vernon, Colton, California, the sum of <br />$12,000.00; <br />C. Parcel Number 163-252-28, commonly known as 945 <br />So. Fernando, the sum of $2,270.00; <br />4. Said charges shall be recorded on the assessment <br />rolls for real property in the County of San <br />Bernardino. <br />5. A certified copy of this assessment is directed to be <br />filed by the City Clerk with the County Auditor for <br />the County of San Bernardino said assessment shall <br />become a lien in favor of the City of Colton against <br />the aforesaid real property and shall continue until <br />the assessment and all interest due and payable <br />
