Land, the topography or configuration of which, as <br />a result of grading operations, excavation or fill, uses <br />erosion, subsidence or surface water drainage prob- <br />lems of such magnitude as to be injurious or poten- <br />tially injurious to the public health, safety and wel- <br />fare, or to adjacent properties. <br />B. Buildings which are abandoned, unoccupied, or <br />partially destroyed, for a period of more than six <br />months. Buildings permitted to remain in a state of <br />partial construction for a period of more than six <br />months. <br />C. The failure to close, by such means as shall be <br />acceptable to the Director, all doorways, windows <br />and other openings into vacant structures. <br />D. Broken windows constituting hazardous conditions <br />and inviting trespassers and malicious mischief. <br />E. Overgrown vegetation likely to harbor rats, vermin <br />and other nuisances. <br />F. Dead, decayed, diseased or hazardous trees, weeds <br />and other vegetation dangerous to public safety and <br />welfare. <br />G. Attractive nuisance dangerous to children and public <br />safety and welfare in the form of abandoned and <br />broken equipment, unprotected and/or hazardous <br />pools, ponds and excavations and neglected machin- <br />ery. <br />H. Any discarded, used, secondhand, salvaged or <br />abandoned boxcars, refrigerator cars, motor bus <br />bodies or similar means of conveyance or structure <br />of similar nature or construction for place of habi- <br />tation, residence or business in the city. <br />Broken or discarded furniture and household equip- <br />ment, stoves, refrigerators, freezers, trash, dirt and <br />other debris, on the premises for unreasonable <br />periods and visible from the street or from the sites <br />of neighboring properties and having a tendency to <br />depreciate the property values of surrounding proper- <br />ty. <br />2 <br />
