1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />241 <br />251' <br />261 <br />27 <br />28 <br />SB City Res. 93-388 <br />RESOLUTION NO R-97-93 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF COLTON <br />• ►Iba Ia W.110C a�2%\.7o71o[•a <br />THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 21st day of <br />September, 1993, by and between the City of Colton and the City of San <br />Bernardino, both municipal corporations of the State of California, <br />The parties hereto agree as follows: <br />WHEREAS, Assembly Bill 408, California Vehicle Code Section 40200 et. <br />seq. has decriminalized parking violations and; <br />WHEREAS, Assembly Bill 408, California Vehicle Code Section 40215 <br />requires that each agency, when requested, provide a review of contested <br />parking violations by a hearing officer and; <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Bernardino has set in place a procedure for <br />such review of contested parking violations by a hearing officer and; <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton would like to contract with the City of San <br />Bernardino to conduct such review by a hearing officer for its contested <br />parking violations. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The City of San Bernardino will provide the review of contested parking <br />violations by a hearing officer for the City of Colton. <br />2. The City of Colton shall compensate the City of San Bernardino the amount <br />of twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) for each hearing conducted by the City of <br />San Bernardino hearing officer on behalf of the City of Colton. The City of <br />San Bernardino will provide semi-annual invoices to the City of Colton and <br />the City of Colton agrees to pay invoices within ten (10) days of receipt. <br />3. The City of Colton agrees to adhere to the scheduling procedure as set forth <br />in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. <br />
