R-99-93 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE <br />EXECUTION OF PROPOSITION 1116 BOND AND FISCAL <br />MANAGEMENT REVIEW CERTIFICATIONS FOR BICYCLE <br />NETWORK GRANT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton, received a letter dated March 4, <br />1992, from the California Transportation Commission stating that, <br />under State Proposition 116 Bicycle Program, all projects within <br />the Tier 2 list will receive funding for FY 1992-93, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton project for Bicycle Network Class <br />II and parking was included on the Tier 2 list with a grant in the <br />amount of $528,115, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton wishes to be reimbursed for all <br />allowable and related expenses incurred from said project, and <br />WHEREAS, each local entity receiving funds under Proposition <br />116 must authorize the submission of a completed bond certification <br />questionnaire and a Fiscal Management Review Assurances <br />Certification. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Colton does hereby resolve as <br />follows: <br />
