That the number of votes given at each <br />precinct and the number of votes given in the City of Colton, <br />California, for and against the Measure relating to the Recall <br />of Councilmember Abe E. Beltran were as listed in Exhibit "A" <br />attached. <br />Section 3. That as a result of the election, a majority <br />of the voters voting on the Measure relating to the Recall of <br />Councilmember Abe E. Beltran did not vote in favor of it, and <br />the measure was not carried, and shall not be deemed adopted <br />and ratified. <br />Section 4.
