R-113-95 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING VOTING PRECINCTS <br />AND POLLING PLACES, APPOINTING PRECINCT BOARD <br />MEMBERS AND FIXING COMPENSATION FOR THE SPECIAL <br />MUNICIPAL ELECTION ON TUESDAY, DECEMBER 12, 1995, <br />CALLED BY RESOLUTION NO. R-92-95 OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL. <br />WHEREAS, a Special Municipal Election to held on Tuesday, <br />December 12, 1995, has been called by Resolution No. R-92-95, <br />adopted on September 11, 1995; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA, DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. That for the purpose of holding the Special <br />Municipal Election, there is established 17 voting precincts <br />consisting (of consolidations) of the regular election <br />precincts in the City of Colton established for the holding of <br />state and county elections, as the regular election precincts <br />exist on the date of adoption of this resolution. That the <br />polling places for the respective precincts shall be the <br />places designated; and that the persons named, being competent <br />and voters and residents of the city are appointed precinct <br />board members for their respective voting precincts and they <br />shall conduct the election in the manner provided by law. <br />Voting Precinct 1, comprising regular election precincts <br />1, 2, 32, 74 <br />Polling Place: Lewallen Residence, 522 W. Olive St., <br />Colton, CA 92324 <br />
