R-115-95 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, OVERTURNING THE PLANNING COMMISSION DECISION <br />CONCERNING THE GRANTING OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO ALLOW THE INSTALLATION OF A 499 GALLON PROPANE <br />TANK AT 791 EAST VALLEY BLVD., COLTON, CA, FILE INDEX <br />NUMBER DC -37-95. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Colton did <br />hold a Public Hearing for File Index Number DC -37-95 on September <br />26, 1995, to consider the applicant's request for a Conditional Use <br />Permit to allow the installation of a 499 gallon propane tank at 791 East <br />Valley Boulevard, Colton, California; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did deny the Conditional <br />Use Permit; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has appealed said decision within the <br />required time frame, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the appeal is justified, <br />based on the information provided. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Colton that the finding and decision of the Planning <br />Commission were incorrect and be it further resolved that the City <br />Council hereby overturns said finding and decision and thereby <br />approves the applicant's appeal. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 28th day of <br />November, 1995. <br />ATTEST <br />HELEN A.
