R-19-95 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />PRIORITIZING THE TYPES OF PROJECTS TO BE FUNDED BY <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS FOR FISCAL <br />YEAR 1995-96. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton elected to enter into <br />a Cooperation Agreement with the County of San Bernardino in order to <br />receive Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds; and <br />WHEREAS, as a Cooperating City, the City of Colton will receive <br />$379,000 in Community Development Block Grant funds for Fiscal Year 1995- <br />96; and <br />WHEREAS, the City must inform the County as to which eligible <br />projects will be funded with CDBG funds. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Colton prioritizes projects and allocates CDBG funds to be listed in <br />Attachment "A." <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March, 1995. <br />AT/TEST: <br />HELEN A.
