Schedule R-2 <br />MOBILEHOME PARK MULTIFAMILY ACCOMMODATION <br />SUBMETERED <br />APPLICABILITY <br />Applicable to domestic service including lighting, heating, cooking, <br />and power use or combination thereof in a mobilehome park multifamily <br />accommodation on a single premises where all of the single-family <br />mobilehome accommodations are separately submetered. <br />RATES <br />The rate of the single-family domestic rate schedule, Schedule R, <br />shall be adjusted as follows: <br />Energy Charge: <br />The baseline quantity to be billed shall be determined by <br />multiplying the applicable baseline quantities set forth in <br />Schedule R, by the appropriate number of submetered single- <br />family mobilehome accommodations. <br />R-2 Discount: <br />The discount provided under this schedule shall not apply to <br />Adjustment Charges. The total monthly billing R-2 Discount <br />energy charges is R-1 Schedule minimum charge per single-family <br />mobilehome accommodation. <br />Minimum Charge: <br />The Minimum Charge shall be the same as set forth in Schedule <br />R1. <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br />1. Notification: It is the responsibility of the customer to advise the <br />Company within 15 calendar days following any change in the number of <br />submetered mobilehome single-family accommodations. <br />2. Miscellaneous Loads: Miscellaneous electrical loads on the same <br />meter such as general lighting, laundry rooms, mobilehome park office, <br />general maintenance, and other similar usage incidental to the operation of <br />a mobilehome park multifamily accommodation will be considered as domestic <br />usage. <br />3. Nondomestic Enterprises: Electric energy used for nondomestic <br />enterprises such as offices (other than an office used only for the <br />mobilehome park), stores, shops, restaurants, service stations, and other <br />similar establishments will be separately metered and billed under <br />applicable schedules. <br />EXHIBIT A <br />
