Schedule R-2 MOBILEHOME PARK MULTIFAMILY ACCOMMODATION SUBMETERED APPLICABILITY Applicable to domestic service including lighting, heating, cooking, and power use or combination thereof in a mobilehome park multifamily accommodation on a single premises where all of the single-family mobilehome accommodations are separately submetered. RATES The rate of the single-family domestic rate schedule, Schedule R, shall be adjusted as follows: Energy Charge: The baseline quantity to be billed shall be determined by multiplying the applicable baseline quantities set forth in Schedule R, by the appropriate number of submetered single- family mobilehome accommodations. R-2 Discount: The discount provided under this schedule shall not apply to Adjustment Charges. The total monthly billing R-2 Discount energy charges is R-1 Schedule minimum charge per single-family mobilehome accommodation. Minimum Charge: The Minimum Charge shall be the same as set forth in Schedule R1. SPECIAL CONDITIONS: 1. Notification: It is the responsibility of the customer to advise the Company within 15 calendar days following any change in the number of submetered mobilehome single-family accommodations. 2. Miscellaneous Loads: Miscellaneous electrical loads on the same meter such as general lighting, laundry rooms, mobilehome park office, general maintenance, and other similar usage incidental to the operation of a mobilehome park multifamily accommodation will be considered as domestic usage. 3. Nondomestic Enterprises: Electric energy used for nondomestic enterprises such as offices (other than an office used only for the mobilehome park), stores, shops, restaurants, service stations, and other similar establishments will be separately metered and billed under applicable schedules.
