R99-95 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON AMENDING THE FY95-96 <br />BUDGET TO RE -ALLOCATE FUNDING FOR <br />WASTEWATER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved an operating budget for the <br />City of Colton on June 20, 1995 (the Budget) that did not include funding for <br />Wastewater Capital Improvement Projects. <br />WHEREAS, the State of California, Regional Water Quality Control <br />Board, Santa Ana Region (RWQCB) has required a certain Wastewater <br />Capital Improvement, it is necessary to amend the Budget to re -allocate <br />funding for such projects. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton hereby <br />resolves as follows: <br />SECTION 1: With regard to the re -allocation of the Wastewater <br />Captial Improvement project funded in the FY94-95 Capital Improvement <br />Budget, the following budget amendment is adopted: <br />A. The Budget is hereby amended to re -allocate $207,000 for <br />a Wastewater Capital Improvements as follows: <br />1. Replacement of Sewer Force Main <br />2. Improvements to Secondary Wastewater Treatment Plant <br />SECTION 2: With regard to revenue sources for funding of <br />the re -allocated Wastewater Capital Improvements set forth in Section 1 <br />hereof, the following budget amendments are adopted: <br />
