WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton has determined that it is in the best interests of the City of Colton that the Colton General Plan be amended by changing the designation under the General Plan from Commercial (Office/Business Park) to Industrial (M-1/1-ight Industrial), of that property known as APN 162-106-05, and which is more particularly described in Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the deletion of the Sensitive Development Area (SDA) Overlay Zone on those properties known as APNs 162-106-11 and 12, and which is more particularly described in Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and that a Negative Declaration be issued. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: The General Plan of the City of Colton is hereby amended to change the designation under the General Plan from Commercial (Office/Business Park) to Industrial (M-1/Light Industrial) of that property known as APN 162- 106-05, and which is more particularly described in Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the deletion of the Sensitive Development Area (SDA) Overlay Zone on those properties known as APNs 162-106-11 and 12, and which is more particularly described in Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
