Release the landowners within the City of Colton who have been assessed <br />for the local share of the cost of the San Timoteo Creek Flood Control <br />Project from the assessment district established by the County of San <br />Bernardino for the purpose of funding that project. <br />B. Repeal and dissolve the San Timoteo Creek Flood Control District. <br />C. Commit to funding the San Timoteo Creek Flood Control District with <br />funds available to the San Bernardino Flood Control District from all <br />residents of the County of San Bernardino. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15th day of October 1996. <br />ATTEST: <br />IM <br />Teresa S.'Delgado <br />Interim City Clerk <br />George V.
