Release the landowners within the City of Colton who have been assessed <br />for the local share of the cost of the San Timoteo Creek Flood Control <br />Project from the assessment district established by the County of San <br />Bernardino for the purpose of funding that project. <br />B. Repeal and dissolve the San Timoteo Creek Flood Control District. <br />C.
