The City hereby approves the execution <br />by the City of the Loan Agreement substantially in the form <br />attached hereto, whereby the SBIAA will incur indebtedness in the <br />principal amount not to exceed $3,000,000. The City acknowledges <br />the existence of the obligations of the City to be incurred <br />pursuant to Section 11 of the JPA Agreement establishing the <br />SBIAA and consents to all terms, conditions and provisions <br />thereof. <br />3 <br />
