In the event of termination of Freeman without cause under the provisions <br />of Section 2.16.020 of the Colton Municipal Code, Freeman shall be entitled immediately upon <br />such termination to severance pay equal to twelve months salary, exclusive of benefits, together <br />with all other accrued compensation due him at the time of such termination. <br />SECTION 4. The City Council shall conduct a performance and salary review at the end <br />of 12 months service. <br />SECTION 4. A faithful performance bond shall be provided as required by the Colton <br />Municipal Code Section 2.16.040 in the amount of $10,000. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of November 1996. <br />ATTEST: <br />'Teresa S.
