R-13 -96 <br />2 <br />3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON DESIGNATING THE <br />4 PLAN COORDINATOR FOR THE DEFERRED <br />COMPENSATION PROGRAM <br />5 <br />6 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton has Deferred Compensation Programs for its <br />7 employees; and <br />8 <br />WHEREAS, the coordination and internal administration of said Deferred <br />9 Compensation Programs requires that an employee be designated as Plan Coordinator; <br />10 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager shall be the Plan <br />11 Coordinator for the Deferred Compensation Programs and shall receive necessary reports, notices, <br />etc., from the Deferred Compensation Administrators, and shall cast, on behalf of the City of <br />12 Colton, any required votes under the Programs. Administrative duties to carry out the Plan(s) may <br />be assigned to the appropriate departments. <br />13 <br />14 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this Wh day of February, 1996. <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 George V.
