That authorization is hereby granted for the execution of, <br />on behalf of said City, Colton California, the State of California, Program <br />Supplement No. 007 to State -Local Agency State Agreement for Federal Aid <br />Projects No. 08-5065 for North La Cadena Avenue Traffic Signal Interconnect <br />Project as in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article II of the Master Agreement, <br />Public Works Director John C.
