CHASTAIN was elected as Member of the City Council <br />for District 3 of said City for the full-term of four years; <br />DEIRDRE BENNETT was elected as Member of the City Council for <br />District 5 of said City for the full-term of four years; <br />DAVID SANDOVAL was elected as Member of the City Council for <br />District 6 of said City for the full-term of four years; <br />CAROLINA PADILLA BARRERA was elected at large as the City <br />Clerk of said City for the full-term of four years; and, <br />MICHAEL J. WILLIAMS was elected at large as the City Treasurer <br />of said City for the full-term of four years. <br />SECTION S. That the whole number of ballots cast in the City <br />as to Measure Z, except absent voter ballots, was 8,811. <br />That the whole number of absent voter ballots cast in the City <br />was 1,455, making a total of 10,266 ballots cast in the City. <br />SECTION 6. That the number of votes given at each precinct <br />and the number of votes given in the City of Colton, California for <br />and against the Measure relating to the Recall of Mayor George V. <br />Fulp were as listed in Exhibit "C" attached hereto and made a part <br />hereof. <br />SECTION 7. That as a result of the election, a majority of <br />the voters voting on the Measure relating to the Recall of Mayor <br />George V. Fulp did vote in favor of it, and the measure was <br />carried, and shall be deemed adopted and ratified. <br />SECTION S. That the names of persons voted for at the <br />election for Mayor are as follows: <br />KARL E. GAYTAN <br />3 <br />
