That the whole number of ballots cast in the City <br />absent voter ballots was 289. <br />That the whole number of absent voter ballots cast in the City was 50 <br />making a total of 339 ballots cast in the City. <br />SECTION 2. That the names of persons voted for at the Election <br />member of the City Council of the City was as follows: <br />DISTRICT 6 DR. FLOYD HANSEN <br />SECTION 3. That the number of votes given at each precinct and t <br />number of votes given in the City of Colton, California, for and against t <br />Measure relating to the Recall of Councilmember David Sandoval did <br />listed in Exhibit "A" attached. <br />SECTION 4. That as a result of the Election, a majority of the voters <br />on the Measure relating to the Recall of Councilmember David Sandoval <br />vote in favor of it, and the measure was carried, and shall be deemed ado <br />and ratified. <br />SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall enter on the records of the City Council <br />the City, a statement of the result of the election: (1) The whole number <br />ballots cast in the City; (2) The measure voted upon; (3) The number of <br />given at each precinct for and against the measure; and (4) The total num <br />of votes given for and against the measure. <br />Page 2 <br />
