R-22-96 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON AMENDING THE FY95-96 BUDGET TO ALLOCATE <br />FUNDING FOR WASTEWATER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved an operating budget for the City of <br />Colton on June 20, 1995 (the Budget) that did not include funding for Wastewater <br />Capital Improvement Projects. <br />follows: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton hereby resolves as <br />SECTION 1: With regard to the allocation of the Wastewater Capital <br />Improvements, the following budget amendment is adopted: <br />A. The Budget is hereby amended to allocate $133,000 for <br />Wastewater Capital Improvements as follows: 1. Secondary Wastewater Treatment <br />Plant Expansion and Improvements. <br />SECTION 2: With regard to revenue sources for funding of the allocation for <br />Wastewater Capital Improvements set forth in Section 1 hereof, the following budget <br />amendments are adopted: <br />1. The Wastewater Unappropriated Sewer Development Balance is <br />hereby decreased in the amount of $133,000. <br />2. The Wastewater Appropriation for FY95-96 is hereby increased in <br />the amount of $133,000. <br />3. The Wastewater Capital Improvement, Secondary Wastewater <br />Treatment Plant Expandsion, Account #52-9407-89 is increased <br />by $133,000. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5th day of March, 1996. <br />O <br />
