Next Steps <br /> <br />Council/Planning Commission Discussion <br />Discernment and discussion between City Council and Commissioners reviewed the following <br />Identified City of Colton Maps//Vacant Sites: <br /> Citywide <br /> Cooley Ranch-Reche Canyon Specific Plan <br /> Downtown Area <br /> Downtown Area Underutilized <br /> Fairway Drive Area <br /> Hub City Centre Specific Plan <br /> Hub City Centre Underutilized <br /> North of Downtown <br /> Northeast Colton <br /> Roquet Ranch <br /> South Colton <br /> <br />The following comments and direction received from City Council/Commissioners: <br /> Move forward with rezoning of the Warm Springs parcels to High Density Residential <br />(San Bernardino County Flood Control District parcels located north of Fairway Drive). <br /> Examine adding parcels south of Fairway Drive (abutting Crossroads Dr., north of I-10 <br />Freeway), to the Vacant Sites Inventory and rezoning to appropriate residential densities. <br /> Examine feasibility of adding parcels located north of Fairway Drive and east of the <br />convalescent hospital currently under construction by Global Premier-Regency Palms, to <br />the Vacant Sites Inventory and rezoning to appropriate residential densities (Addresses: <br />885, 901, 915, and 925 Fairway Drive).
