R-84-21 & R-85-21. <br />Mayor Navarro declared the Public Hearing open. <br /> <br />City Clerk Padilla submitted the Notice of the Public Hearing (on file in the City Clerk’s Office) and there were <br />no reports of protests or objections thereto. <br /> <br />Staff Presentation <br />Director Tomich presented for Council consideration an overview of the agenda item and requested approval of <br />by Council for either of the following: <br /> A. Approve revised Project with conditions (Resolution No. R-85-21) <br /> B. Deny revised Project (Resolution No. R-84-21) <br />Alternative: Continue Public Hearing and direct Applicant to further revise the Tentative Tract Map to <br />comply with development standards of the base zoning districts (i.e., Low Density Residential and Very <br />Low Density Residential). <br /> <br />Public Comment <br />The following community members addressed the Council: Pamela Lemos; Richard Zaragoza; Andrew Perez; <br />Celeste Carlos; Robert Kittel; Scott McKhann. <br /> <br />Motion and Second by CM González/CM Koperski to close the public hearing. <br />Vote: Motion carried CM Suchil absent. <br /> <br />Council Discussion <br />Discernment and discussion between Mayor and Councilmembers present, with clarification provided by staff: <br />Director Tomich; and City Attorney. <br /> <br />Motion and Second by CM Echevarria/CM González to approve and adopt Resolution No. R-84-21 (Deny <br />revised Project). <br />Vote: Motion carried CM Suchil absent.
