R-28-96 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, CALIFORNIA REVISING CUSTOMER SERVICE <br />POLICY NUMBERS 15 AND 27 TO ESTABLISH A CREDIT <br />REPORTING SYSTEM AND TO INCREASE TURN -ON FEES BY <br />S2 TO PAY FOR SYSTEM COSTS <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a general law city, duly organized and existing <br />under the laws of the State of California and situated in the County of San Bernardino, <br />Mi <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton has jurisdiction over the <br />implementation of rules and rates for the Electric Utility as propounded in the Customer <br />Service Policy; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Electric Utility has proposed changes to Customer Service <br />Policy Numbers 15 and 27; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council must approve any changes in the Customer <br />Service Policy prior to the implementation of any proposed changes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Colton City Council finds <br />that it would be appropriate to adopt the changes to the Customer Service Policy Numbers <br />15 and 27 as proposed in Exhibit "A" attached and made a part hereof to become effective <br />on June 1, 1996. All previous resolutions amending, modifying or otherwise changing <br />policies and or rate schedules are hereby superseded. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of April, 1996. <br />v. <br />Gc rge V.
