R -37 -96 - <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON AMENDING THE FY95-96 BUDGET TO ALLOCATE <br />FUNDING FOR CONGESTION MANAGEMENT PLAN AND <br />SIGNAL WARRANT STUDIES <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved an operating budget for the City <br />of Colton on June, 1995, (the Budget) that did not include funding for certain <br />Engineering Studies as required by the Congestion Management Plan. <br />Now, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton hereby <br />resolves as follows: <br />SECTION 1: With regard to the allocation of the required studies the <br />following budget amendment is adopted: <br />A: The Budget is hereby amended to allocate $5,000 for CMP Studies as <br />follows: 1. Level of service studies. 2. Traffic Signal Warrant Study. Account <br />49-9106-35 Professional Services <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of April, 1996. <br />George .
