Applicants wishing to share a license shall submit a joint application and every <br />applicant seeking a shared license shall agree to indemnify and hold the City of Colton, its <br />officers and employees, harmless from any claim or damage arising from any dispute that may <br />arise by or between those groups or organizations issued a shared license. <br />SECTION 3: In accord with the provisions of Section 6.32.070, the allocation among <br />applicant organizations of the fourteen available licenses for the operation of fireworks booths <br />and the sale of fireworks within the City shall be as follows: <br />Churches - Each of the following pairs of churches shall be issued one license to be <br />shared as indicated: <br />Immaculate Conception/ San Salvador Church <br />Inland Christian Center /Colton Community Church <br />United Pentecostal Church/The Door Fellowship <br />Healing Waters Church/Colton First Assembly <br />Youth Groups - Each of the following youth organizations shall be issued one license <br />which may be shared as indicated: <br />Ken Hubbs Little League <br />Colton T -Ball <br />Carl Rimbaugh Girls Softball <br />Colton Youth Football <br />Colton Youth Soccer/ Colton Boxing Club <br />Max Lofy Colton Pony League/Colton High School <br />Civic Non -Profit Organizations - Each of the following civic organizations shall be <br />
