R-62-96 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OCUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON SETTING BASIC COMPENSATION RATES <br />FOR FULL-TIME CLASSIFICATION OF EMPLOYMENT <br />ESTABLISHED AS OF FISCAL YEAR 1996-97. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton has adopted a budget for Fiscal Year 1996- <br />197; and <br />WHEREAS, the Fiscal Year 1996-97 Budget authorizes certain classifications <br />of full-time employment in the various departments of the City; and <br />WHEREAS, this resolution consolidates all full-time classifications in the City <br />onto one comprehensive pay and classification resolution. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Colton, California; <br />SECTION I: Resolution No. R-112-95, R-108-95, R-79-95, R-40-92, R-65-95, R- <br />164-95, R-63-95, R-17-95, R-107-94, R-106-94, R-92-94, R-126-93, R-123-93, R-80-93, <br />ind R-40-92 are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION II: A pay and classification plan for the City of Colton is hereby <br />adopted as set forth in Exhibit A, which is attached to this resolution. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 1996. <br />Af <br />G rge f.
