R-67-96 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA REVISING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY BY <br />ADDITION OF RATE SCHEDULE R-39 RESIDENTIAL NET <br />METERING <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a general law city, duly organized and existing under the <br />laws of the State of California and situated in the County of San Bernardino; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton has jurisdiction over the implementation <br />of rules and rates for the Electric Utility as propounded in the Customer Service Policy; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Electric Utility has proposed addition of Rate Schedule R-3 to the Customer <br />Service Policy in accordance with requirements of State law; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council must approve any changes in the Customer Service Policy <br />prior to the implementation of any proposed changes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Colton City Council finds that it <br />would be appropriate to adopt the addition of Rate Schedule R-3 to the Customer Service Policy <br />proposed in "Exhibit A" attached and made a part hereof to become effective on July 1, 1996. All <br />previous resolutions amending, modifying or otherwise changing policies and or rate schedules are <br />hereby superseded. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 1996. <br />ATTEST: <br />'-Malik Freeman, City Clery <br />Bettty L.
