RESOLUTION NO. R-80-86 <br />1 <br />2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />AUTHORIZING THE REPROGRAMMING OF COMMUNITY <br />3 DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) FUNDS FROM THE CDBG <br />CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO THE PROJECT, "STREET <br />4 IMPROVEMENTS - AGUA MANSA ROAD." <br />5 <br />6 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton has identified the <br />7 area located at the northeast corner of 5`h and Congress Streets as an area <br />8 requiring immediate street improvements, to include sidewalk, curb and <br />gutter; and <br />9 <br />WHEREAS, the City has determined that the proposed street <br />10 improvements at 5`h and Congress Streets can best be accomplished by <br />11 allocating additional Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to <br />12 expand the scope of an existing CDBG approved project entitled, "Street <br />13 Improvements - Agua Mansa Road"; and <br />14 WHEREAS, the City wishes to inform the San Bernardino County <br />15 Department of Economic and Community Development as to the request to <br />16 transfer funds from the Contingency Account to the project, "Street <br />Improvements - Agua Mansa Road." <br />17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br />18 City of Colton reprograms Community Development Block Grant funds in the <br />19 following manner: <br />20 1. Colton Contingency Account (transfer from) $11,396 <br />21 2.
